Fish Tacos Recipe

 

Ingredients:
4  -6 inch Corn tortillas

6 ounces    -Mahi Mahi cut in strips

1 ounce    -Fresh Tomato Salsa

1 ounce   – Chipolte Sour Cream

1/2 ounce     -Cabbage Chiffonade

3 ounces    -Mexican-style Beans
Blackening spice to taste.

 

 

Method:
Pre-heat the grill to medium-high heat. Dust blackening spice on the fish strips and place the Mahi Mahi on the grill. Grill fish for four minutes and remove. Place the tortillas on the grill for 20 seconds and remove. Place Mahi Mahi strips in equal amounts on the four tortillas. Top with any or all garnishes to your taste. Kau kau and enjoy!
