Sous Chef Carlos Nava snapped this great picture of On the Rocksʻ mouth-watering grilled ahi burger.
Oh, and yes, he also prepared the dish to absolute perfection for happy diners this week. If you missed it, not to worry it’s available daily except on the rare occasion that the absolute freshest and finest ahi tuna is not available.
It’s served with the traditional lettuce, tomato, and onions and comes with our delicious house-made wasabi mayo and served on foccacia bread!
