Executive Chef Alan Heap put together a star spangled menu for diners at On the Rocks and Huggo’s for diners celebrating the 4th of July.
First time island visitors, a couple visiting from San Diego, gave big thumbs up to the holiday specials – the BBQ Three Ways Platter and the BBQ Beer Bust served up in a mug.
Chef Alan was delighted to share some of his secrets for creating these succulent, finger licking good culinary delights that featured, among other things, House-crafted Kalua Pork, Wasabi Cole Slaw, BBQ Baby Back ribs with Guava Sauce, Texas Beef Brisket and Louisiana Hot Link Sausages.
Fireworks lit up the sky at 8pm with On the Rocks and Huggo’s providing front row waterfront viewing!.
